David Barilla is a Canadian artist residing in Toronto Canada. David began expressing himself artistically in 1983 by designing costume jewelry. The desire to work on a larger scale resulted in multi-dimensional, mixed-media wall reliefs constructed primarily of aluminum, painted masonite and steel. In 1999 he picked up a canvas and hooked his first rug using recycled denim and other fabrics. |
